When you use an enquiry form, we collect your name, phone number, course of interest and any goals, preferred timing or class format you choose to share. For Little Voices, please use a parent or guardian’s contact details and share only your child’s age unless more is needed to arrange an assessment. Partnership enquiries also include your organisation’s name.
When you submit a form, we store your name, phone number, email address, course of interest, message, the page you sent it from, your consent and a hashed (not raw) IP address on our website server, and email them to Shruti so she can reply. We also send you a confirmation email. You can then optionally continue on WhatsApp, which is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, discuss your goals, agree timings and fees, and run your classes if you enrol. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with third parties for marketing.
Live online sessions may be recorded only with your permission. Recordings are used for feedback and review and, where used, are shared through the LMS. You can ask for a copy of your recording, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time.
This website uses advertising pixels and analytics tools, such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking, to measure visits, understand which pages and campaigns work, and show our ads to people who may be interested. These tools use cookies and similar technologies and may collect your IP address, device and browser details, pages viewed and the actions you take on the site. Providers such as Meta and Google process this data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your details. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of personalised ads through your Meta and Google ad settings, or use a browser extension to block trackers. Our enquiry forms store the details you submit on our website server and email them to us, as described above.
