About Shruti Joshi and WizFluent Global

Founder, WizFluent Global

There is a specific kind of confidence that comes from being handed a microphone at twelve and trusted to speak in front of your whole school. Shruti had that — welcome speeches, vote of thanks, compère for the annual day. Every time, her father and her teachers made sure she knew: your voice matters. Use it.

She never forgot that feeling. And she never stopped thinking about the people who never got the chance to feel it.

Background

Before WizFluent.

Before WizFluent, Shruti spent nearly a decade in corporate roles — as a Project Manager in environmental consultancy, then in HR and administration at a speech and autism rehabilitation centre, where she also worked directly with parents. That work taught her something no job title had before: communication is not a professional skill. It is a human one. And when someone cannot access it, it costs them something real.

I kept meeting people who were capable, intelligent, and completely held back by one thing — they had never been taught how to use their voice with confidence. That gap bothered me enough that I decided to do something about it.

How WizFluent started

An answer to one question.

WizFluent started as an answer to one question: what would English coaching look like if it actually put the student first?

Small batches. Personal attention. Honest feedback that moves the score. Every mock test comes with a written performance report. Every session has a purpose. No student is ever just a number in a class.

How Shruti works

Three things you can count on.

Maximum 5 students per group — always.

Every group session is capped at five students. Not eight. Not ten. Five — because that is the number at which you still get real feedback on your speaking, your writing, and your specific mistakes.

Every mock comes with a written report.

After every full mock test, you get a written performance report — score, item analysis, and what to fix. Not just a number. An action.

Every session has a purpose.

There are no filler sessions. Every programme starts with a diagnostic or needs analysis. The plan is built from that — not from a generic syllabus.
