Online Soft Skills Training

This programme is for adults who know what they want to say — but something gets in the way between the thought and the room. It might be nerves, or the words not landing right under pressure, or feedback that says “be more confident” without telling you how.

Is this for you?

Start with where you are.

The Soft Skills Training programme is built around you — your context, your goals, your specific gaps. It starts with a needs analysis. The plan is written after that conversation, not before it.

For professionals and students entering the workplace who want to strengthen how they communicate with others, explain ideas and deliver presentations.

Programme overview

Built from your needs analysis, not a syllabus.

How it’s customised

A plan built from a real needs analysis.

Before Session 1, Shruti runs a full needs analysis — a one-on-one conversation, not a test — covering your current communication challenges, your goal, your professional or academic context, and your timeline. From this, Shruti designs your programme: the domains to focus on, the order they’re tackled, and the scenarios used for practice. The plan is reviewed every 4–6 sessions.

Programme structure

Phase plans for both programme lengths.

The exact content within each phase is built from your individual needs analysis — these are the domains and sequence, not a fixed script.

Your questions, answered.

What is the difference between Soft Skills Training and English Communication classes?
English Communication is for learners who want to improve the language itself — how they speak and express themselves in English. Soft Skills Training is for people whose English is already functional, but who want to work on how they come across — presenting, leading, navigating professional situations with more confidence and skill. If you are not sure which one fits, get in touch and we can figure it out together.
Can a team enquire together?
Yes. Share your team size, objectives and preferred format through the partnership enquiry page so a suitable scope can be discussed.
Will I practise presenting?
Presentation skills are part of the offering. Discuss your current experience and the type of presentation you want to prepare for with the trainer.
